Clinic Medication Pick-Up Information

All student medication must be picked up by a parent/guardian (adult) by noon on May 23, 2024. 

Any medication not picked up, whether prescription or nonprescription, will be discarded or destroyed. 

Medication cannot be sent home with students. The only exception would be if the student has an order allowing him/her to self-carry (inhaler-epi pen only).

As a reminder, new medication permits are required each school year.
