College Credit Plus

All College Credit Plus participants MUST submit a College Credit Plus application to the college partner for the course that they registered for.  The CCP college application MUST be submitted by MAY 1st.  Failure to complete and submit the application by May 1st will result in the course being removed from 24/25 course requests.

Below is a list of CCP courses being offered at Lakota East and West for the 24/25 school year and the college partner associated with the course.  Students may need to complete and submit a CCP application to both Sinclair and Cincinnati State, depending on the CCP courses you registered for.

 Students need to monitor the email used to submit their CCP college application.  The college will use that email to communicate additional steps that need to be completed on their end.   ALL steps to complete the CCP college application process needs to be completed by MAY 1st.

Class of 2024 Graduates and Families

You received an important email from Mrs. Bryant and the Counseling team about your diploma status and completing the final Senior Survey in Schoolinks. Please check your email and reach out to your School Counselor if you have any questions.

Senior students have a REQUIRED task in Schoolinks. This final survey is Due May 1^st.

Need Help with Classes/Tutoring?

Are you struggling in your classes as we start 4^th quarter? Do you need help understanding the material? Lakota East has two TUTORING opportunities:

1. Hawk Time: get a pass from your HT teacher and go to rm 268 for tutoring in any subject.
2. Tuesdays and Thursdays @3:00 Math tutoring/help in room 216, after school.

Graduation Requirements:

Counselors are meeting with Juniors to share information on the Requirements to Graduate in Lakota. Click on the Graduation Requirements Presentation which reviews credits, state graduation seals and testing information. Or scan the QR code to view the presentation.

The Lakota Optimist Club is looking for outstanding, well-rounded junior students to be nominated for our Lakota Optimist “Student of the Month” recognition program.  We’re looking for young people who are accomplished in the classroom as well as in involved in a variety of school and community activities.  If you are a junior who is interested in this opportunity, please contact your school counselor!
