Principal's Message - August 28, 2026

Hello ThunderHawk families, 

This week was full of energy and connection at Lakota East! 

On Wednesday, we welcomed families into our classrooms for Curriculum Night, providing an opportunity to share our goals for the year and strengthen the partnership between home and school. 

Tonight, we are excited to head down the road for a great rivalry game against West. We hope those planning to attend were able to secure tickets, as the event sold out earlier this week. As always, we ask everyone to help make this rivalry a positive experience by celebrating our student-athletes and showing pride in Lakota East while demonstrating respect for our opponents. 

Looking ahead, next week is a full and exciting one, with many opportunities to support our Hawks, and we look forward to seeing you at our events. 

Speaking of supporting our Hawks, we would love your partnership through joining the PTSO. Your involvement helps strengthen our school community and provides valuable support for students and staff throughout the year.
