Prom "Under the Sea" - May 3, 2025

 Prom "Under The Sea" 2025 will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 8:00-11:00pm at Savannah Center.

Savannah Center is located at 5533 Chappell Crossing in West Chester.

Invitations were passed out during 4th bell advisory on March 13. If you need another invitation, please stop by the front office.

 

Prom Update

Tomorrow is a very big night for our students. We are very excited to host this event at a new location - The Savannah Center.  Our first message is for all of our attendees to be smart and to make good decisions. We want our students to have a safe evening and an experience that provides them with positive memories for the rest of their lives. Prom is a formal event and formal attire is required. Jeans, t-shirts, etc. are not permitted.

As we have announced repeatedly during the past couple of weeks, we do not sell tickets at the door. This is the case with all big events that we need the focus of our team to be on planning and managing the event rather than trying to manage last minute sales.  

Here are a couple of  important reminders for all students with guests - all Prom guests must enter and leave the event with their Lakota East host, and all guests must have a valid ID that matches the submitted guest form in order to enter the event. Lakota East students assume the responsibility for the actions of their guests as part of the privilege in bringing someone from outside our junior and senior classes to the dance. 

Students and guests are permitted to leave the dance when they choose to do so, and we will remind them to communicate with their families if they choose to leave early, but our team will not be calling families of students who request to leave. We encourage all students and guests to stay until the end of the event. Once they leave, there is no reentry.

The Savannah Center does not allow pictures inside their venue or by the gazebo before the event.  The DJ and other vendors are setting up and moving equipment at this time. Violating this rule may result in the Savannah Center not allowing admittance into their venue

 

Ticket Sales

Tickets will go on sale April 7-27, 2025 through Hometown Ticketing for $45.00.

Prices will increase to $50.00 the week of April 28-May 2 - so get your tickets early. The last day to purchase as prom ticket is May 2 at noon.

You will need the last 5 digits of your School ID number to purchase a ticket.

 

Guest Forms

If you are bringing a student from another school or a guest under 20 years old, you must complete a Prom Guest Form to obtain a guest code to purchase the guest ticket.

Everyone needs a picture form of identification to get in to Prom
