Seniors – Are you interested in helping with Homecoming and plan other Senior events held throughout the year? If so, please join Ms. Shafner and Mrs. Bruce on Wednesday September 3^rd after school in room 219 for our first Senior Class Committee meeting! See you there!”

 

Senior Mandatory Meeting - September 25

During Hawktime Thursday, the seniors met with Graduate Services from Herff Jones and will be bringing home a packet about cap and gown rental and graduation announcements. ​Extra packets are in the counseling office.

 

Senior Panoramic

Senior Panoramic is Friday, September 26th during 5th bell, which will be around 10:30am due to the schedule change.

Order your senior panoramic picture for $17.00. Complete the order form and pay online at mylifetouch.com. Picture ID is HM015029T0.

Return the form to school on Picture Day.

Panoramic pictures are pre-order only. Pictures cannot be purchased after the event.

 

Rotary Club Student of the Month Scholarship

The Rotary Club of West Chester/Liberty invites all senior-level students at Lakota East to apply for the Student of the Month Scholarship. One $250 scholarship will awarded each month from October through May. Scholarship students are selected based on their community & school activities, and their leadership roles in those activities. The selection committee also examines an applicant's academic standing, awards, honors, and work or volunteer experiences. The deadline for applications is October 3rd, 2025 at 12:00pm Noon. Class of 2026 students and families!

Mark your calendars for September 25^th!

• Class of 2026 students bring your computer and come meet with the School Counselors for a College Application help session 5:00pm-7:00pm in the HUB.
• Senior Parents/Guardians are also invited and encouraged to attend the Senior Year Pathway Presentation 6:00pm-7:00pm in the Theater.

 

Class of 2026

The School Counselors are visiting Senior English classes in September. We are going over the college application process and future planning for life beyond high school. Here is the Senior Year Pathway Presentation that students are getting in these sessions. If you are working on College Applications, we have also put together a College Application checklist to help you organize and work through the process.
