Students just a reminder: Outside food and drink are not permitted at Lakota East High School.

 

Parking Applications

If you have not applied for a parking spot and are driving you must apply for a spot before driving. The parking spot application for the 23/24 school year is open to all licensed Lakota East students! Students must have their license in order to apply.  You will need to apply using your Chromebook, Onelogin and Lakota Email at https://forms.gle/yVQJxkimAJHKUHu6A.  All parking passes are FREE!

Swim Team

The Swimming Thunderhawks kicked off the season in a close meet at Princeton with First place finishes by the following:Shawn Bhatti, Mason Swanson, Curtis Hanson,Ricky Unger, Alek Nordmark.

Blood Drive

There will be  a table all this week outside the lunchroom during lunches to register students for the annual blood drive.  Students will have a dedicated time slot on Wednesday Dec. 6^th in which you can leave class to donate.  The most important reason to donate is to save lives, and with every donation, 3 lives can be saved!  If you need more motivation than that, you will receive a snack, drink, and a winter hat.  

Info Meeting for Mamma Mia

There will be an informational meeting for Lakota East Theatre's spring musical Mamma Mia on Wednesday, November 29^th after school in the Theater. Students who are interested in auditions and tech crew should plan to attend. If you have any questions, see Mr. Johnson in Room 181.

Thursday - Camo Kickoff: Wear Camo to hide from Santa’s Naughty List

Friday - Frosty Friday:Wear a hat & scarf and donate gloves to Main office for reach out Lakota

Monday - Candy Cane Day: Wear red and white

Tuesday - Christmas Tees: Wear your favorite holiday T Shirt

Wednesday - Stuff Your Stockings: Wear your favorite holiday socks

Thursday  - Boot Scoot into the Holidays: Wear boots

Friday - Jean-agle Al the Way: Wear Jeans

 

Do you think we need more color in our building?

  The student leadership team will be painting the bathrooms in each of the locker bays, and YOU get to vote on your bathroom’s theme.  All this week, look for the flyers with the QR codes around your locker bay and at lunch, scan it, and vote for your creative new bathroom design! Be sure you are logged into your school google account before you scan it.
