Parking Applications

Attention Students! The application for the  25/26 Parking Spot Application  is open to all licensed Lakota East students and you must apply for a spot yearly! To apply for your parking spot you will need to apply using your Chromebook, Onelogin and Lakota Email at https://forms.gle/QauKqZENbmQsJW2b6 Students that are parking in the lot without a pass will be subject to discipline and towing.  

 

College Visits

Juniors and Seniors:If you will be going on a college visit, please bring a note in from your parents 1 week prior to your scheduled visit.  You will receive a pink sheet to take around to your teachers and return it back to the main office.  Juniors and Seniors get 3 excused college visits per year.  

 

College Application Assistance

Class of 2026: The School Counselors are here to help you with college applications. We will be available in the Flexible Learning Space on main street during Hawk Time on the following dates in October: 29^th, 30^th

 

Wrestling Team Needs a Manager

The Lakota East boys wrestling team is looking for a new team manager, attend our informational meeting in room 151 on November 5^th during hawk time to learn about what it means to be a team manager.

 

Fall Play

East Theatre presents Romeo and Juliet: the Musical on November 21-23!

 

Veterans Day Program

On Thursday, November 13, East will hold their annual Veterans Day at 10:00am. Students are welcome to attend the ceremony with their military family member or friend. Breakfast will be served in the Hub at 8:30am compliments of our PTSO.

 

PTSO Arts & Craft Show

The PTSO’s Craft Show is our annual fundraiser each year, making it possible for us to fund student requests, activities, programs, scholarships, staff appreciation, and more throughout the year. PTSO is looking for adult and student volunteers to help make sure the Craft Show is a continued success! Please review the links for information on how to get involved.

Open Bowling

Open practice for bowling teams will be MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at Roll House in Fairfield. Interested students should be sure to update their information in Final Forms.  Bowling open practices will run from 3:45-5:15pm at Roll House on Monday and Wednesday. Please stop by Mr. Powell's room if you have questions!

 

Student Government Meeting

The next meeting of Student Government will be Monday, November 3^rd after school. Meet in room 112 to help us make cards for the Ronald McDonald House. 

 

ASVAB

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. The results are used to guide career exploration using our career planning tools. The ASVAB will be held at Lakota East H.S. on Wednesday, November 5^th. If you would like to sign up or if you have any questions, please see Mrs. Bryant in the counseling office.
