Parking Application

If you have not applied for a parking spot and are driving you must apply for a spot before driving. The parking spot application for the 23/24 school year is open to all licensed Lakota East students! Students must have their license in order to apply.  You will need to apply using your Chromebook, Onelogin and Lakota Email at https://forms.gle/yVQJxkimAJHKUHu6A.  All parking passes are FREE!

Hawks for the Cure

The East Girls Volleyball team is proud to host this year's "Hawks for the Cure" game on Thursday, September 28th. Games start at 4:30. All proceeds will benefit Pink Ribbon Good. There will be three volleyball matches to cheer on our East teams. During the matches there will be raffle baskets, silent auction, 50/50 tickets for sale, a bake sale, and merchandise for sale. During lunches on Wednesday/Thursday this year's "Hawks for the Cure" t-shirts will be on sale for $15 cash/card. 

Sophomore Meeting

Graduate Service will at Lakota East on Wednesday, September 27th  talk to the 10th graders about class rings.

Senior Meeting

Graduate Service will at Lakota East on Thursday, September 28th  talk to the Seniors about graduation . Seniors need to bring a pen to fill out their cap/gown reservations.

Tutoring from NHS

Need help with homework? National Honor Society will be offering tutoring every Hawk Time in room 268.

NHS Car Wash

The National Honor Society will be hosting a car wash this Saturday, September 30th 10am -2pm in the East Parent Pick Up lane. Come out and support NHS and get your car cleaned!

Swimming and Diving Info Meeting

We will have swimming and diving information and signup meeting on October 4 @ 3:00 PM in the Community Room

All students interested in swimming and diving and all returning athletes should attend these meetings. Meetings will last approximately 30 minutes.

Wrestling Open Mat dates

Do you want to learn how to compete, build self confidence and try something new?  Lakota East Wrestling is hosting open mats for ANYONE interested in joining the boys or girls wrestling teams.  Open mats will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays  3:30-5:00 in the wrestling room.  

 

Board of Elections Jobs for Students

The Butler County Board of Elections (BOE) is preparing for the General Election taking place on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. They need a new group of students to serve as Precinct Election Officials (PEO). Students will make $202.25 and have a new experience to add to their résumés. Students interested in serving as Precinct Election Officials (PEO) must be a senior, 17 years old, a United States Citizen, a Butler County resident, and attend a three-hour training class to work on Election Day.SIGN UP in Mench’s room 203 or email Mench (Tisha.grote@lakotaonline.com) if you are interested.

 

Rotary Club

The Rotary Club of West Chester/Liberty invites all senior-level students at Lakota East to apply for the Student of the Month Scholarship. One $250 scholarship will awarded each month from October through May. The deadline for applications is September 22^nd at noon.
