Support the Lakota East PTSO
10/02/2021
Lakota East is blessed to have one of the strongest parent support groups of any high school anywhere! The Lakota East Parent-Teacher-Student Organization provides layers of support to the staff and students of our building, providing on the ground support such as conference night meals to staff members and , and events such as After Prom, Senior Picnic, and Future Hawk Nights for our current and future students. Through fundraising, they provide competition fees and membership fees for many of our clubs and organizations that may not be able to be supported by our district and/or building budgets, resulting in numerous opportunities for our students. In addition to all of this, they also provide annual scholarships to graduating seniors, supporting them as they leave Lakota East to make their marks in the world. They meet monthly and have a robust membership list that supports our school’s mission both monetarily and in service, providing volunteer support to many of our events. You can get involved in many ways, starting simply with becoming a member. Here is a link to their homepage that displays both a calendar of PTSO and school events and also provides a link to becoming a member:
