Thunderhawk Theater Presents: The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon
The Thunderhawk Theater program will be presenting The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon this November. Whether we are sitting home on our couches or in the theater to watch, Thunderhawk Theater actors will be presenting this action-packed romp through the Grimm brothers famous stories. Due to the current situation we are offering 2 viewing options for this show. You may purchase individual tickets to our LIVE performances online for $10 + $0.50 per ticket fee OR you may purchase an access code to our virtual performances for $15 + $0.50 per code. Tickets and access codes may be purchased at: http://bit.ly/LEHSBGS2020. Live performances will be November 5-7 at 7:30 p.m. and November 8 at 2:30 p.m. There will be NO WALK UP TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR THESE PERFORMANCES.

Aidan Reed Awarded Angler of the Year
Congratulations to Aidan Reed, a Senior at Lakota East High School who won Angler of the Year for the SAF (Student Angler Federation) Division of the Cincinnati Youth Bass Club for 2020. Aidan also won this award in 2018 as a Rookie. ​ Aidan competed in multiple bass fishing tournaments throughout the summer, participated in Community Service and Conservation Projects to obtain this award.

Academic Calendar Change: November 2-4, 2020
Lakota has made an adjustment to our academic calendar for Nov. 2-4. Traditionally, Lakota’s teachers and staff participate in professional development on Election Day. This decision is part of our safety and security guidelines because 18 of our schools are used as polling locations in our community.

Senior Graduation Packets Available
Class of 2021 Graduation packets have arrived. Seniors were given the graduation packets after the Senior Panoramic today. In the graduation packet there is a green and white contact card. The contact card will need to be filled out and turned into the main office no later than Friday, October 2nd. All graduation ordering will be done online this year. Orders will be due into Graduate Services by December 8th.

2020-2021 Parking Pass Information
The parking space application for the 2020/2021 school year is now available. Please see the link below to apply online with your Lakota email. The application is a simple Google doc and you will need to upload a copy of your drivers license, current vehicle registration and current insurance card. Students MUST have a valid drivers license and we will not accept a temporary drivers permit. Parking passes will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Freshmen Orientation Information
Thunderhawk Families, I’m so excited to meet each of you! As we are wrapping up summer and working on a safe return back to school, I wanted to share some very important information as we move forward that is quickly approaching.
