Welcome to the Lakota East PTSO!

Welcome all new Lakota families, new to East, and returning families. Our success begins with YOU!

It takes many hands to drive our success! We invite you to join our team this school year 2022-2023. We have one LEHS PTSO that serves both the East Freshman and East Main Campuses.

Interested in joining our tem?  We have a need for volunteers in the following PTSO positions: Craft Show Team and Flamingo Flocking Chair. Please email Jennifer Kegg at with your interest or questions.  I look forward to speaking with you about this excellent opportunity to serve!

The Lakota East PTSO is an enthusiastic, energetic, caring community of parents, guardians, administrators, staff, and students working together to foster a healthy, productive, safe learning environment for all students.

We support Principal Rob Burnside, Freshman Associate Principal Bill Brinkman, and their staff, our students, and their families through many activities that help enrich our school environment and your student’s high school experience at LEHS.

How Can You Help?

  1. PLEASE click to join the Lakota East PTSO. Memberships are tax deductible and include a student directory. It is our hope that this is the year we reach 100% MEMBERSHIP! Will you help us get there?
  2. Please find a level of volunteer involvement that fits into your lifestyle. Check out the opportunities on the Volunteer Interests page. No experience necessary!!!

Please check the website for Meeting Minutes posted monthly, Membership Forms, and Volunteer Opportunities. Additionally, you can find us on Facebook and Twitter where we are constantly pushing out information to keep you up-to-date on what is happening. Getting involved is the best way to stay informed.

We can't wait to have you on our team!
